- Photographer Vitya Lyagushkin and diving journalist Bogdana Vashchenko give us a glimpse inside the hauntingly beautiful Ordinskaya Cave, the longest underwater cave in Russia.
- I recently discovered Jen Gassiraro’s intricate, abstract paintings, with a feminine twist. If you’re in the Dallas area, I highly recommend seeing her work in person!
- Luke Jerram’s Portrait Projecting Ring (inspired by 19th Century Stanhopes!) makes me smile.
- Justin Terveen of Urban Fabric put together a couple of very neat time lapse videos of Dallas. (one captures a day of what came to be known by locals as Snowpocalypse 2011)
- Some of these are highly amusing, while others are quite clever: Fiverr: The place for people to share what they’re willing to do for $5.
- If you’re one of my close friends, you know Brunch is by far my favorite meal. What’s not to love about fresh fruit, pastries, crisp bacon, the perfect Bloody Mary (extra spicy, please), and Eggs Benedict? I recently discovered The Dallas Observer’s Brunch Drunk Love column by Andrea Grimes.
